We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen that you may need to cancel appointments. We respectfully ask for 24 hours notice should you need to cancel.

Our stylists and technicians want to be available to all our guests. When a guest does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another guest loses an opportunity to come in. Although we have always had a cancellation policy, circumstances have caused us to enforce a policy of charging for no-show appointments, and those appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.

Any adjustments are required to be made 24 hours prior to appointment time in order to avoid fees. Cancellation outside that window will require a payment of 1/2 cost of that service. Same day cancellation or no-shows will require payment in full. Changing service to lesser service upon arrival will require full service to be paid.
